1. Drop and Pickup Children
- Kindly drop off and pick up your child promptly in the lobby area. Avoid waiting there during your child’s class, as it disrupts other meeting rooms.
- Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up for lessons. Late attendance will not be accommodated within the next student’s lesson time.
- If you anticipate being late for pick-up, please text the teacher to ensure your child is not sent to the lobby until your arrival. Please reserve phone calls for emergencies, as the teacher cannot answer during lessons.
- Parents/carers are not permitted to enter class premises or approach the teacher during class hours without permission.
- During the trial lesson, parents are not permitted inside the classroom. After the trial, the teacher will discuss the details as needed with the parents.
2. Contact Teacher
- The teacher is unavailable to meet with parents before or after class due to consecutive lessons. However, feel free to contact the teacher via messaging at any time for queries or information.
3. Stationery
- Students are required to bring their own necessary music books and stationery, including a pencil, eraser, and ruler, to each lesson. There is no shared stationery available in the class.
4. Payments & Holidays
- Payment is due by the first week of each month, with a 4-5 day window before the first lesson. Please ensure full invoice payment, as partial payments will not secure lesson slots. Fees remain unchanged for absent lessons, missed sessions, or holiday weeks.
- Sessions not attended will be charged in full, unless rescheduled within 12 hours in advance.
- Missed lessons can be recovered through catch-up sessions or by extending regular lessons by an extra 20 minutes per day only within four weeks from the absence date. Lessons not covered within this period will not be rescheduled.
- Fees remain unchanged for unattended lessons and cannot be adjusted at any time. Lessons can only be rescheduled and covered, with no adjustment for the upcoming month’s lessons.
- During Summer and Christmas holidays or any planned breaks, lesson hours must be covered by rescheduling before/after the break with prior notice.
- Lessons are conducted throughout the entire year, and fees are to be paid on a monthly basis. Non-payment for a month will result in the discontinuation of the class, and the time slot will not be reserved.
- If a student requires a long break (a month or longer), please inform us at least one month in advance of the intended absence date. During the break, the regular time slot will not be reserved, and it will be opened for students on the waiting list. Upon returning, availability with the teacher needs to be confirmed. If slots are full, you may opt to join the waiting list. Places will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, considering the extensive waiting list for each day.
5. Termination
- Notice needs to be provided 1 month prior to termination of lessons.
